5. Expressing Your Emotions
Are you an emotional bushfire or are often called crazy for exhibiting your feelings often? What do you do next? Do you say sorry for being that way? You probably do. We know because we’ve been there and done that as well. But expressing your emotions does not make you a weak person. It rather proves that you’re true to your feelings and emotions. You don’t bottle them up and portray a public façade like most of the world does. Being emotionally open and healthy is only going to make it easier for you to cope with life.
